North Carolina law requires immunization records. A certificate of immunization or record of immunization must be filed within 30 days of first registering for classes. All new, transfer, and readmitted students (who have not attended UNCG during the previous year) must submit a completed immunization record to Student Health Services to avoid registration cancellation.

The Annual Immunization Report is done each fall. The statute applies to all students except students residing off-campus and registering for any combination of:

• Off-campus courses
• Evening courses (classes beginning after 5 p.m.)
• Weekend courses
• Enrollment in fewer than five credit-hours in Greensboro Campus courses that meet before 5p.m.
