A plan of study submitted to the Graduate School when applying for graduation.

Satisfactory completion of all course requirements.

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all courses counting towards the certificate and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all graduate-level courses.

Payment of the graduation fee.
